A little on the COOKY side!

Madison got some 3D glasses with some chalk for her birthday and the kids wanted to try them out in the shower. I think they were trying to look like their daddy in his safety glasses-GOOD LOOKIN'!

Trip to the Zoo

Grandpa and Grandma Carol and Aunt Renie took the kids to the zoo about a week and a half ago. They had so much fun. Irene took some awesome pics, so take a look.

What a show off!

Afternoon snooze

I would be tired too if I had to hold that neck up all day

Playing follow the leader

Feed me dang-it!

Jaxon's favorite-the White Alligator

He looks like Jaxon with his Pooh Bear blanket!

Maddi and Jax with Grandpa and Grandma Carol

Ahhh, cute!

She is a monkey at home, you know!

Not quite Jax, stretch a little harder!

Hang on tight guys!

Rockin' Party!

Madison turned 6 (13)! She is so in love with Hannah Montana, so of course she had all her girly friends over and had a rockin' party. They played Hannah Montana Bingo, pin the earring on Hannah Montana and they all got microphones to have a Hannah Montana concert. It was like- totally fun! Then, they all got to take a whack at the guitar pinata. The birthday girl was the one to take the final whack! Happy Birthday Sugar!

Madison got a Hannah Montana wig from Mimi, so we took pictures of all the party guests and printed them out to take home. I was dumb and deleted them off of my camera before I had them saved on the computer. Here is the only two that I still had and scanned in. The first one is my very cute son and the next one is all we could get of Allyson. She absolutely hated it. Jaxon however thought it was so fun and as you can see, he makes a pretty cute girl!

Alli rockin' out to Hannah Montana with her sparkly lips that she stole from the birthday girl's party sack!

Lookin' "DISTINGUISHED"

I was in the office working when Jaxon came in quietly. I was paying a ttention to my work instead of him until he asked, "Mom, do I look distinguished?" I about rolled off my chair. I asked him where he learned such a big word and he said, "I just learned it from Little Bear, Mom." He is definatley my distinguished little boy in Daddy's cowboy boots and his Buzz Lightyear sunglasses!

Takin' care of Mommy

Jaxon is such a sweet boy. While I was in the shower, he decided that I would need a snack when I got out. He made this delicious plate of goodies.

Watch out for those elbows!

Last Thursday Madison came home from school with a bruise on her cheek and told me that she got hurt at school. One of her little boy friends was running for the soccer ball when he accidentally slammed his elbow into her face. She seemed okay, but just wanted to rest. Throughout the day she kept telling me things that were bothering her:headache, neck hurts, tingling hands, weak legs, seeing white spots. We kept a close watch on her, but when about 9:30 pm rolled around, she started getting sick and threw up. That was the last straw. Off to the ER we went! She didn't want to go, but we packed her up into the car in jammies, slippers, princess blanket and her "kitty". The doctor said she did have a concussion and to keep a close watch on her through the night. She is doing fine now.

Apparently, kindergarten is more brutal than I imagined!

My camera was broken at the time, so this is a picture of her bruise today. It was much worse a few days ago.

Snowing in Spring!

Jaxon NEEDED to go outside this morning after it snowed. He said he had to build a snowball. I tried to tell him that it was cold and that he needed more snow than that to make snow balls, but he didn't care. He stomped around the house in his snow boots until I let him out.

Here he is in all his snow with the springtime gardening toys trying to build a snowball.

Let's catch those invisible flakes. (It's not snowing anymore)

Gotta have hot chocolate after a long day in the snow. (abt. 5 min.)

Inspiring Broadway Stars!

Madison and her cousin Harlee have been involved in a youth theater program. They just performed Annie jr. They had so much fun and did such a good job. I am proud of her.

As a result of the play, when I ask my kids to pick up there toys and such, they say, "Yes Ms. Hannigan!" I just may feed them cold mush for breakfast!

Backstage-waiting 'til their cue to go on.

May(Madison), Annie(Sophia), April (Harlee)

At the end of the play.

They both got flowers for the the wonderful job they did.

One year ago..

Kenny Christensen baptized him.
Verl Doman did the confirmation.

It was just over a year ago when John (daddy) made the decision to be baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He chose Easter Sunday, April 8th, 2007 for the special day. Madison sang I Am A Child of God. It was an amazing day to reflect upon our Savior and the sacrifices he made for us. John sacrificed a lot to be baptized and I am so proud of him.

Our family couldn't be any happier that we can someday (hopefully sooner than later) be sealed together forever in the temple.

Family Easter Picnic

Madison showing off her sack of goods!

Jaxon searching hard on those blades of grass.

Alli found one!

Tiny little Kanyon (cousin), too cold to move!

Ready set go!

We all went to Kestin and Nates due to colder weather, but we still did an outside egg hunt. All the men hid the eggs at the school across the street. Leave it to the men to hide eggs for little kids around the entire school instead of in a small area, so we could all freeze our buns off while we were hunting for an hour!

The kids had fun and got a ton of candy to add to the basket full at home.

Easter Saturday

On the hunt!
Alli found what she wanted-Jellybeans!
I've got to crack this egg open!!
oh yea! Jackpot!
Let's dig in!

The Easter bunny visited us a day early because we have church at 9:00 am. We tried to focus more on the resurrection of Christ on Sunday. How do you think that went with three toddlers?

Coloring Eggs

We colored 2 dozen eggs. Only a few cracks! We tried the shiny foil eggs. Very cool and very sticky! Alli was playing the Easter Bunny because she was not so gentle with the eggs.
